Samburu Sopa Lodge
Samburu Sopa Lodge is situated 325 kms from Nairobi, in the
middle of the Samburu National Reserve, next to the new Oryx
airstrip. It is accessible from the main Isiolo – Moyale road at
both Ngare Mara as well as Archers post junctions.
 
Samburu Sopa Lodge is built atop raised ground allowing
panoramic views of distant Samburu hills to one side and El
Ndonyo Keri (Samburu name for Mount Kenya) on the other.
Samburu Sopa lodge has 60 cottage style rooms with private
verandahs. Each room is equipped with an en-suite Bathrooms,
Queen-size Beds, Mosquito Nets on all windows
Personal Bars, Telephone and Hairdryers among other facilities
 
Samburu Sopa lodge is the only one with a waterhole in
Samburu which will allow animal viewing right in front of the
lobby and can also be seen from bedroom verandahs especially
during dry seasons.
