Keekorok Lodge is located in the very heart of Kenya's fabled
Masai Mara National Reserve, Keekorok, meaning motley abundance
in the local Masai language, was constructed in 1962 on a choice
eighty acre site in an area of permanent springs and lush
Keekorok Lodge is the first game lodge ever
to be built in the Mara and is erected in the direct path of the
spectacular annual wildebeest migration. At the height of
migration, Keekorok lodge is surrounded by a swarming mass of
wild game, and there is hardly any need to go on a game drive as
it is not uncommon to see all sorts of wildlife on the perimeter
of the grounds.
Keekorok Lodge offers accommodation in stone built bungalows
